This License Agreement governs the use of Kanakku - Sales & Invoice Admin Template Platform. By purchasing, downloading, or using Kanakku, you agree to the terms outlined below.

License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Kanakku in accordance with the selected license type.

You may:

Use the template for personal or commercial projects

Modify the template to suit your project needs

Use it in one end product per license (unless otherwise stated)

This license does not grant ownership of the product.

Permitted Use

You are permitted to:

Customize the template design and layout

Use it for client projects (based on license type)

Integrate it into your own application or dashboard

Deploy it in live or development environments

Each license must correspond to one final product instance unless extended rights are purchased.

Restrictions

You may NOT:

Resell, redistribute, or sublicense Kanakku as a standalone product

Share source files publicly or privately

Upload the template to any download platform

Claim the product as your own intellectual property

Use it in a way that violates applicable laws

Unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property Rights

Kanakku, including its design, structure, components, and code, remains the intellectual property of its original creator.

Purchasing a license grants usage rights only - not ownership rights.

All copyrights and proprietary rights remain with the author.

Termination & Compliance

This license will automatically terminate if you violate any terms of this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must:

Immediately stop using the product

Remove it from all servers and systems

Delete all copies of the files

Failure to comply may result in legal action.
